But really, when we existed in nature, the chances are that we would be eating only during the sunlit hours of the day, right? You wake up and go and pick your food. And you definitely do not pick food or eat after sunset. Now it has a name, and you can understand it and try it if you like. Madhura is an expert on intermittent fasting, so let’s listen to what she has to say.








Start intermittent fasting to the level that you feel comfortable. If you can’t do 16 hours straight, at least begin with 13 hours. Slowly, as you get comfortable, go for 14 hours, and then 15 hours, until you reach the 16 hour window. Take your time, it’s alright. It’s just one more way of streamlining your eating patterns.
