Welcome to the fourth week of our Six Weeks to Health Gain & Weight Loss program. We are certain that your checklists of Weeks 1, 2 and 3 are done well, and hence you are moving on.

If you are currently exercising, then take a few minutes and jot down your exercise routine for a week. How does it make you feel?If you are not exercising as yet, take a few minutes and jot down why you need to exercise.







Let’s start with the stretches. They are easy and they will take only a few minutes but are very very important for you to do.
If you are someone who is already exercising, then please add these stretches at the beginning and end of your exercise routine. Also try to step up your exercise intensity. When our body gets used to something, it may stop responding. So if you were walking for 45 minutes a day, make it an hour or jog for 15 minutes instead. Or change your routine. You can also do something new! Play a sport, aqua aerobics, zumba, pilates etc. There are a plethora of choices to get fit and enjoy exercising.
