We are certain that your checklists of week 1 and 2 are all marked and that is why you are here on Week 3.

The checklist for Day 14 is given again for your perusal:

    Let’s step ahead by partnering with a part of yourself!








    Are you aware of your thoughts? Did you know that on an average 80% of our thoughts are negative?

    From today, please start focusing on your thoughts. If a negative one pops up, convert it into a positive one. Compliment and thank your mind when it encourages you or thinks positive.

    Keep an hourly alarm initially on your mobile phone to remind you to be Thought Aware.

    This is not a one day exercise, this should be practiced throughout one’s life. Initially it may seem like a task, but slowly it will become automatic! That is an outstanding state to be in, indeed!







    As Sandhyashree mentioned, note down all the thoughts that are troubling you.
    Acknowledge them, bring them out in the open. We want to work towards releasing them.
