Kim Campbell creates and shares delicious whole food, plant-based recipes for dishes that most people would consider comfort foods, but without all the oils and excess salts and sugars. She raised three children on a planted-based diet and had experience working with many people new to a plant-based diet. Her goal is to provide familiar flavors and textures that appeal to as many people as possible, including families and kids.
