During her years in Germany, she developed a deep interest in natural and integrative approaches to health and well-being. She adopted homeopathy, naturopathy, and anthroposophical medicine for herself and her family, and went on to formally study diet, nutrition, and preventive healthcare through multiple diplomas and certifications in India and abroad.
After completely reversing a 16-year history of migraine through a whole food plant-based (WFPB) diet in 2018, she gained a firm conviction that the human body is a self-healing system with an innate intelligence. She believes that healing unfolds naturally when we do not interfere by supplying the wrong fuel, but instead support the body with natural nutrition, adequate rest, and movement. In her view, aligning with natural processes allows the body’s inherent healing mechanisms to function optimally. She considers a whole food plant-based (WFPB) diet to be optimally suited for human health and recovery.
Alongside her consulting work, she also runs a wholesome plant-based ice cream venture and cafe in Bangalore, India, focused on creating clean, guilt-free alternatives that include both conventional desserts and wholesome nourishing savory snacks—redefining so-called “junk food.
As a nutritional consultant at SHARAN, Rashi seeks to share her knowledge and experience to guide individuals toward healthy lifestyle practices, disease reversal, and long-term preventive healthcare.
