After completely reversing her migraine of 16 years on a WFPB diet in 2018, she realised that the human body is a powerful, sophisticated and complex machine with an inherent potential to heal itself. She believes that the best way to heal is by providing the right nutrients, rest and exercise and is fully convinced that the WFPB diet is the best-suited diet for humans.
As a nutritional consultant at SHARAN, she wants to spread her knowledge and use her experience to guide people on healthy lifestyle, disease reversal and preventive healthcare.
