Mona Irfan

Mona, who holds a certificate in whole food plant-based nutrition from Cornell University, is truly multi-talented.

Her culinary prowess lies in developing WFPB recipes – delectable, gluten-free and healthy dishes, all superbly captured by her amazing photography.

Inspired by Dr Nandita’s talk on the perils of the dairy industry and its impact on health, Mona made the switch from a lifelong vegetarian diet to a whole food plant-based one. This transition resulted in the disappearance of migraines, vomiting and nausea.

With over 12 years of experience as an emotional intelligence development coach, Mona has honed her skills to assist individuals in their personal growth journeys. Her extensive certifications include Holly Fire Karuna Reiki Master, EFT/tapping practitioner certified by Dawson Church, official Bach Flower Remedies practitioner, theta healing and therapist in applied hypnosis for kids and teens.

She strongly believes in the connection between diet and emotions and that “we are what we eat” and “we feel what we eat”.
