You will learn the basics of eating a whole food plant based diet that Dr. Nandita Shah prescribes and how you can embrace it in your daily routine. We will show you how easy it is to cook oil-free, dairy-free and sugar-free. You will receive a recipe handout of all the recipes we demonstrate along with two bonus recipes and a tasting after.
