SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT

SHARAN is looking for an experienced and driven Social Media Expert to help grow and manage SHARAN’s social media presence. We are looking for someone who understands the WFPB Lifestyle and it is their personal practice as well.

Role and Responsibilities of SHARAN’s Social Media Manager would be as follows:

  • Create a social media strategy for SHARAN across platforms

-Primary platforms – YouTube, Instagram and Facebook

– Secondary platforms – LinkedIn and Pinterest

  • ⁠Grow SHARAN’s social media presence by increasing the number of engaged followers across platforms
  • Drive traffic to the SHARAN website, specifically to the paid programs
  • Create and manage the social media content calendar and adhere to the publishing schedule
  • Create engaging content pieces such as image posts, reels, shorts, carousels, quizzes, etc.
  • Repurpose SHARAN’s existing content assets such as long form videos and recipes to produce multiple pieces of useful content
  • Manage social media engagement by engaging with followers and audience through comments and DMs
  • ⁠Track and report Analytics for key metrics for SHARAN’s presence across platforms
  • Come up with lead generation campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and grow SHARAN’s mailing list
  • Run paid ad campaigns (as and when required)
  • ⁠Suggest and run campaigns to Increase registrations for SHARAN’s paid programs
  • Stay updated with competitive accounts and share recommendations on an ongoing basis
  • ⁠Engage and collaborate with other brands, influencers and thought leaders in the Plant Based and Vegan space in India and abroad
  • Recommend the latest relevant tools and technologies to enhance our social media presence
  • Help with social media live programs on all platforms

OPERATIONS & HR ASSOCIATE

SHARAN, a premier vegan health organization, is looking to hire an experienced Operations Associate to ensure the smooth running of our business and one who can also help us keep growing.

Come join our team and support our organization by managing the day-to-day tasks and administrative needs of our business operations.

Position: Full Time 8 hours Monday-Saturday

Responsibilities

  • Performing administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork. Ordering supplies and keeping inventory of office equipment to ensure the company has what it needs to function correctly.
  • Assisting with recruitment activities, hiring, training new and overseeing all employees.
  • Supporting the management with the enforcement of company policies and standards and providing feedback on how the company is running, budget and expenses.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any problems.
  • Cooperate and ensure that all departments are working together including areas of finance, HR, and IT.
  • Assist accounting department and payroll administration.
  • Provide suggestions and feedback on business processes. Make recommendations for business performance improvement.


Requirements and skills

  • A passion for spreading veganism for health, environment and animals and a basic understanding of SHARAN’s work
  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
  • Proven experience in the field of operations or similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking. Must be detail and solutions oriented.
  • Strong computer proficiency
