  • Set exercise goals at which you cannot fail. When you complete a goal, appreciate and compliment yourself.

  • Find a role model such as a dancer on TV who dances with one leg or someone who personally inspires you. When you are feeling lazy in bed, think about your role model and what gets him or her going. Then get up and allow your body to move the way its wants to.
