Break Free is a 4-week, in-person journey designed to help you reconnect with yourself, recharge your energy, and rediscover your joy — all while learning how to live and eat well!

Each session is a soulful blend of movement, mindfulness, emotional release, and community connection — created to help you open up, let go, and truly live freely.

Zumba, yoga, and creative movement to express emotions through the body
Mindful nature walks to slow down and reconnect with the world around you
Laughter, gratitude, and affirmation practices to uplift your spirit
