Tri-Coloured Salad


  • 1 cup finely shredded red cabbage
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 raw mango, julienned
  • 1 sprig mint

For the Dressing

  • 6 tbsp tamarind juice
  • 2 red chillies (or to taste), chopped
  • Unrefined salt to taste


Prepare the dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients together. Place all the salad ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour in the dressing. Toss well and serve.
