Tender Coconut Chaas (Buttermilk)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup creamy flesh of tender coconut
  • 6-8 drops lemon juice
  • 2½ cups water
  • 1 tsp chaas masala

Method

Blend the tender coconut flesh to obtain a thick cream, with 2 tbsp water. Add lemon juice, remaining water and chaas masala. Stir well. Chill, pour into glasses and serve.

Serves 3
