- ⅓ cup well stirred sesame butter
- ⅓ cup water
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- ¾ tsp unrefined salt
- 1 tsp date paste
- 1 clove garlic
In a blender, blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and use when required.
Stays in the refrigerator for a week.
Omit the salt and add soy sauce. This is a great dressing over salad greens.
