Red Pesto

Ingredients

  • 150 g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 30 red and/or green basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts or almonds, roasted
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp green olives

Method

Blend all the ingredients together with a few tablespoons of water until smooth. Serve. Also delicious as pasta sauce or served with whole-grain bread as an appetizer.
