- 150 gm sun-dried tomatoes
- red and/or green basil (about 15 leaves of each)
- 1 tbsp pine nuts or almonds (Roast these in a pan first. If you are using almonds, soak them before removing the skin.)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp green olives
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender or mixer. Delicious with pasta or served on bread as an appetizer.
