Pumpkin Spice Milkshake

This shake is creamy and light. Not only will it add extra fibre to your day, but having a pumpkin in the morning will keep you fuller, for longer.


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¾ cup steamed and cooled chopped pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp raisins or dates (preferably soaked)
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • tsp ground ginger
  • ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg


Blend all the above ingredients together until smooth. Serve chilled.
