Pumpkin Spice Milkshake
This smoothie is creamy and light. Not only will it add extra fiber to your day, but having a pumpkin in the morning will keep you fuller, longer.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup steamed and cooled pumpkin
- 2 tbsp raisins or dates (preferably soaked)
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp ground ginger
- pinch ground nutmeg
Blend all the above ingredients. Serve chilled.
