Nut Free Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups steamed diced potato
  • 1 cup steamed diced carrot
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup onion powder
  • ¼ cup garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp mustard sauce

Method

Blend all into a smooth creamy paste. Store in fridge up to one week.
