- 1 ripe avocado
- ¼ cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 clove of finely grated garlic
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- fresh finely chopped parsley or coriander
- green chilies (optional)
Scoop out the avocado and with a fork mash it gently. Add all the other ingredients and mix.
Serve with corn chips, on bread or vegetable sticks.
Add 1-2 tsp orange juice in addition to lime juice
Replace garlic with onion
