Green Goddess Dressing
Modified from the original by Isa Chandra Moskowitz – “Appetite For Reduction”
- 2-3 average-sized cloves of garlic
- ½ cup chopped fresh chives
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp tahini (sesame butter)
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- ⅓ cup water
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp unrefined salt
Mince garlic, chives and parsley in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until very smooth. Transfer to a bowl and place in the refrigerator until required to serve.
This dressing may be stored in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
