Green Bean Salad with Peanuts
- ½ kg washed and chopped green beans
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup of roasted peanuts, walnuts or raisins
Steam the washed and chopped green beans. Add 1 tsp of salt. Once cooked, remove and strain. Add the rest of the ingredients while the beans are still warm. Mix together and serve.
