Fruit Platter

Ingredients

  • 1 papaya
  • 2 apples
  • ½ cup green grapes
  • ½ cup black grapes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • ⅛ tsp unrefined salt

Method

Cut fruits into bite-size pieces, except grapes & pomegranate seeds. Garnish with mint leaves, lemon wedges and unrefined salt.

Variation

Add seasonal fruit of your choice.
