Creamy Corn Soup
This is a simple, delicious soup that anyone can make easily.
- 4 cups of fresh or frozen corn
- 2 cups water
- 4-6 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp unrefined salt
- ¼ cup chopped chives/spring onion greens
- ½ cup non dairy milk
In a blender, combine the non dairy milk, water, corn and garlic together. Simmer the puree on a medium heat adding salt to taste. Cover to simmer. Serve with chopped chives.
