- 5 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup raw cashew nuts
- 1 tsp unrefined salt
- 1 sprig parsley, for the garnish
In a food processor, combine the cashew nuts and salt. Pulse to achieve a fine meal. Add the cauliflower and pulse to create a “rice-like” texture. Do not over process. Transfer to a serving dish and serve garnished with parsley.
This recipe uses many nuts. Please keep your nut limit in mind if you are working on disease reversal.
