- 500 g white cabbage, finely shredded
- ½ cup roasted peanuts, coarsely ground
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped (optional)
- Unrefined salt to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Mix all the ingredients well (except salt and coriander leaves) and refrigerate. Add the salt and coriander leaves just before serving. Mix and serve.
