Broccoli in Thai Curry Paste
Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli
- 250g firm tofu
- 2 tbsp red thai curry paste
- 2 tbsp date paste
- 4-5 tbsp soya sauce
- grated zest from 2 limes
Method
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and steam until done.
Cut tofu into medium sized cubes. Mix all other ingredients together to make a sauce. Divide this sauce into two parts. Mix tofu with one part of the sauce and allow to marinate. Mix the broccoli with the other part & allow to marinate. Put the tofu on a baking pan. Broil each of the six sides for one minute each, turning after each minute. Saute the broccoli gently. Add to the tofu toss & serve warm.
