Blueberry Pancake


  • 1 ¼ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup soya milk

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately and then combine (do not over mix). Cook on a pan till edges are dry, then flip and cook till done. Serve hot.

Serves 3-4
