What is the first thing that we add to our pan when we start cooking – Oil, of course! Oil is pure fat; it’s refined and full of preservatives – all elements that invite disease.

Come join us for this interesting 5-day no oil challenge where we will understand why we should go oil-free and how to cook without oil. Once you learn these techniques, you will be equipped to make almost everything without oil.

10 recipes will be shared from pakoras, puri to chole and chaat! Psst…. your families most of the time won’t even know that you have not added any oil! Let it be our secret!

How does it work?

• We meet every day for 1 hour for 5 days. We will have a presentation and interaction with a Guest speaker followed by recipe demos each day.
• We will have WhatsApp support for 30 days.
• It’s always best to attend the sessions live, however in case you can’t attend for some reason, the recording will be provided for 24 hours upon direct request to the presenters.
