More Than a Cooking Class

This 5-day immersive workshop is designed to be more than just a cooking experience — it’s a journey of transformation. Each day will focus on a unique theme, helping you reconnect with the power of whole, natural food and the joy of mindful living.

The Deeper Intention

The heart of this initiative is to nurture a community of Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) facilitators in this part of the country.

Those who:

  • Attend all five days of the cooking program
  • Implement their learnings over the next 3–4 months
  • Demonstrate a visible transformation in their health and lifestyle

…will be invited to join SHARAN’s official Facilitator Training Program, to be hosted at Saatchi, Coimbatore in the near future.

Open to Everyone:

Even if you’re not aiming to become a facilitator, you are warmly welcome to join. You may register for one, several, or all five days — each day offers its own depth of learning and inspiration.

Limited to 100 Participants:

Only 100 slots are available. Participants will be divided into small groups of 5–6, formed by November 1st.

This structure is intentionally designed to build friendship, community, and accountability — so the workshop doesn’t end with information, but blossoms into implementation.

Each group will gather and bring their own ingredients and tools for the sessions. This collaborative effort is meant to foster teamwork, connection, and the essence of community living. Groups will include participants from different cities, encouraging cross-city collaboration and meaningful friendships.

Facilitators:

The workshop will be led by Mrs. Rosemol Pinto and Mrs. Vandana Tiwari from SHARAN India — two of the country’s leading Whole Food Plant-Based chefs based in Mumbai.

They are not only SHARAN facilitators but also the creative minds behind the celebrated vegan establishments Rose & Joe Café and JV Vegan Patisseries, a third-generation vegan baking house. Both bring deep professional expertise and experience in running successful vegan businesses in India.

The program will be hosted by Durgesh Nandhini, a raw vegan chef, homeschooling mother, holistic educator, and founder of Saatchi — a natural learning space for all ages in Coimbatore. She will curate the space, flow, and deeper intention behind this transformative offering.

Cancellation Policy:

This program follows a zero-cancellation policy. Once registered, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, registrations are transferable — if you are unable to attend, you may nominate another participant to take your place.
