We have thus designed a set of 4 amazing sessions which will truly make your kitchen your pharmacy and you and your loved ones will be truly health insured. Each set will have a minimum of seven recipes and lots of ideas, creative tips etc. Plus there will be breaks in between two sessions, so your helpers could try out the recipes and even ask their questions in the next session👍🏻
