Let’s come together for a refreshing and nourishing morning!

Join us for a special healthy potluck where we’ll enjoy some fresh air, a short mindful walk, simple breathwork, and useful tips on preparing wholesome plant-based breakfasts. We’ll wrap up the morning by sharing delicious home-cooked food — made with love and care.

Please bring along a dish for about 5–8 people that is:

• Completely plant-based (no animal products, including dairy or honey)
• Preferably oil-free, sugar-free, and organic
