Sindhi cuisine is absolutely delicious, but topped up with oil and ghee. Well that doesn’t stop us health enthusiasts from indulging in Sindhi delicacies because we have learnt the art of cooking without the fatty culprits!

Join our guest chef Meena Babur from Dubai, who at the age of 65 years, changed her cooking style and reversed her blood pressure and border-line diabetes of 10 years! She now feasts on mangos and potatoes without any fear. But what’s really special about her cooking is the love and perfection with which she cooks:)

Tamatey ji Curry
This is a hot favourite and relished by one and all – Sindhis and non-Sindhis
Sai Bhaji
A one pot of nutrition as it contains spinach, chana dal and veggies
Bhea Patata
A lovely lotus stem curry coupled with potatoes
Pulao ein Raito
The Sindhi pulao….try it!
Aloo ja Took
Generally these are deep-fried twice and we make them without a drop of oil. Interesting na?
Seiyan ji Kheer
This has to be tasted and you will be surprised as will be sugar-free as well.
