Here is what our last batch of participants have to say –

It was really a wonderful experience to attend this session. All the old sayings eat slowly, chew well , drink food and eat water, attain their practical experience. All the concepts /myths regarding why when how to eat have a new meaning. It was really a beautiful transition from eating mindless to mindfulness. Hats off to you Shalu and Reyna.

I am very very GRATEFUL, THANKFUL to Dr Nandita Shah, Reyna Rupani and Shalu and full Sharan team .It is amazing being with self. I want to share a great war which my daughter has conquered by this event which she was struggling since past 15 years while having her dinner and lunch. She is disable. It used to take 2hours for her to finish in between again and again passing urine and motion but now eating with mindfulness she finishes it in 1hour and no in between breaks. THANK YOU IS A VERY SMALL WORD.

Everything was par excellence . Now I am eating mango as much as I want although, I am diabetic. While following 90% SHARAN diet. Left tea which I was taking without milk since yesterday. Had headache yesterday. Today no headache. Mindful eating has reduced my total intake of food. Thank you Shalu ji and Reyna ji and the whole SHARAN team.

Today I praised my food from the source to my mouth, prayed and ate mindfully. Even after having only smoothie in the morning, I was able to have not more than two phulkas with dal. I ensured I chewed many times, also did not touch the plate till I relished the previous bite completely. I was really astonished. I usually used to have four pulkhas. Even now I am very full. Will take a call for dinner. My calories intake have reduced to half today. Feeling very happy. Best part I never felt lethargic after lunch. Will follow throughout life. Thank you dears.
