(Whole food plant based cooking online workshop)

Sourdough bread is delicious and unique bread made by the fermentation of dough. It uses biological leavening rather than using cultivated baker’s yeast. Sourdough bread is a healthier option to regular bread since it is more digestible and nutritious.

The starter is a combination of flour and water that has been fermented and populated with wild yeast and bacteria.

First time ever, Chef Neelima is going to show how to make gluten-free wild yeast sourdough starter and sourdough breads made from scratch!

  • GF Sourdough Crunchy Breakfast Cereal

Date: Monday, 21st September 2020 (A Whatsapp support group will be formed for two weeks after the event)

Time: 3.00 pm to 4.45 pm IST ( 10.30 am UK, 1.30 pm UAE, 5.30 pm Singapore)
