Sourdough bread is delicious and unique bread made by the fermentation of dough. It uses biological leavening rather than using cultivated baker’s yeast. Sourdough bread is a healthier option to regular bread since it is more digestible and nutritious.

The starter is a combination of flour and water that has been fermented and populated with wild yeast and bacteria.

Chef Neelima is going to show how to make gluten-free wild yeast sourdough starter and sourdough breads made from scratch!

Date: Saturday, 12th December, 2020 (A Whatsapp support group will be formed for two weeks after the event)

Time: 3 pm – 4.45 pm (9.30 am UK, 1.30 pm UAE, 5.30 pm Singapore, 8.30 pm Australia)

Contribution: Rs. 2300/-
