First time ever Chef Neelima will show you how to make your own ‘Rejuvelac’ for perfect plant based cheeses and a variety of soft, semi-soft fermented cheeses and cultured hard cheese. Her workshops are very detail oriented so please make sure to take notes and enjoy your cheese.
