Pre and Post Natal Yoga Program

Pregnancy yoga develops your physical strength, mental calmness, self awareness, pelvic floor and back strengthening, chest opening, breathing and using the capacity of the lungs to maximum, better weight management during pregnancy, and easy labour.
The host can speak in both Hindi and English languages.
Please note that attending live is mandatory and recordings will not be shared with those who miss sessions.
In all cases, a green signal from your gynaecologist is necessary to join this yoga program
Please keep ready a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga belt and 1 yoga bolster pillow.
Welcome to the Pre and Post Natal Yoga Program by our Certified Pregnancy Yoga Teacher, Sharmila Kannan
Choose the stage applicable to you as below;
Stage I: PreConception
This program helps the body prepare for a healthy pregnancy
Total 8 sessions. Minimum 1 hour each –
Saturdays – 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd April 2023 / 10:00 AM -11:00 AM IST
(8:30 AM UAE, 12:30 PM Hong Kong, Singapore & AWST, 3:30 PM AET)
Sundays – 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd April 2023 / 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST
(9:30 AM New York, 2:30 PM UK, 5:30 PM UAE, 9:30 PM Hong Kong, Singapore & AWST)
Stage 2: 1st Trimester of Pregnancy
This program includes gentle exercises suitable to this trimester, yoga nidra and meditation along with nutritional support.
Total 8 sessions, Minimum 1 hour each –
Saturdays – 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd April 2023 / 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM IST
(10:00 AM UAE, 2:00 PM Hong Kong, Singapore & AWST, 5:00 PM AET)
Fridays – 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th April 2023 / 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST
(9:30 AM New York, 2:30 PM UK, 5:30 PM UAE, 9:30 PM Hong Kong, Singapore & AWST)
Stage 3: 2nd & 3rd Trimester of Pregnancy
During pregnancy it increases the Prana (energy) in the body, helps improve sleep patterns, helps you relax, and create positive feelings. Pregnancy Yoga decreases stress and anxiety levels in your body. It teaches you to connect with yourself and the unborn child.
Total 8 sessions, Minimum 1 hour each –
Saturdays – 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd April 2023 / 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM IST
Sundays – 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd April 2023 / 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM IST

Stage 4: Post Delivery
After delivery, it would help you remain stress free, remain in control, tone your muscles and keep you in a positive frame of mind.
Total 8 sessions, Minimum 1 hour each –
Sundays – 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd April 2023 / 8:15 PM – 9:15 PM IST
Fridays – 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th April 2023 / 8:15 PM – 9:15 PM IST

Dates: Saturday 1st April to Friday 28th April 2023
Timings: All 4 sections have different timings; please refer to the relevant section
Contribution: Rs. 3500/- + 18% GST (per participant for all 8 sessions)
Registrations will close at 4:00 PM IST on Friday, 31st March 2023

Cancellation attracts a full refund till 4 days before the event and a 50% refund till the day of the event. No refund on the day of the event.
