It’s time to get together and have some fun with delicious and healthy food. Connect with like-minded people, share and learn new healthy recipes, inspire and get inspired by folks who took their health in their hands and chose to live a medicine free life.

Announcing SHARAN’s “Sharing is Caring” initiative – a healthy and yummy potluck party! You are welcome to attend with family and friends.

Kindly bring one dish with you (dairy-free, oil-free and sugar-free) for 8 to 10 people.
