Optimising Digestive Health

Category:

Description

Did you know your digestive system is just as complex as your brain? Most people suffer from poor digestion and think their symptoms are normal. Have you ever suffered from excessive gas, constipation, diarrhoea, burping, burning, vomiting, indigestion, bloating or pain and just put up with it, because you thought that this is just what happens? Eventually these symptoms can transform into more serious issues such as IBS, Colitis, Crohns and even Cancer!

After witnessing his brother completely heal from Ulcerative Colitis, a medically incurable digestive disease, SHARAN Digestive Expert, Shukul Kachwalla, found a passion for digestive health and has gone on to help many people heal their digestive system.

He will de-mystify some of the misconceptions that exist around digestion and will explain some basic concepts and practical ideas, you can apply to achieve optimal digestion. We are excited to have him in India, all the way from New Zealand for a limited time to share his knowledge with us!

This workshop will cover the following information, followed by a healthy, organic plant-based lunch:

  • Healing Serious Digestive Disorders such as Ulcerative Colitis, Crohns & IBS
  • What Causes Digestive Issues?
  • What is Inflammation?
