Be it a party or just in the mood to make something special, Punjabi dishes come to the foray. However indulgence is an issue as the food is heavy and rich with oil, butter, ghee, cream and more.
Well get set to learn how to make Punjabi healthy in this special North Indian wholesome cooking workshop, so that you can treat yourself and your surprised guests with no guilt, as everything will be made without the health deteriorating ingredients!

- Peanut butter salad
- Matar pulav
