The Fermented Food Workshops are designed to give you the skills and confidence to immediately start making healthy and nutritious fermented foods that will have a positive effect on your health and well-being.
This workshop will introduce you to growing your own – Kefir, Kombucha, and Fermented Vegetables. The aim is to demystify growing your own probiotics at home.
Join us for a fun and informative workshop and see live demonstration of six recipes prepared for you – water kefir, fruit juice kefir, coconut water kefir, coconut milk kefir, kombucha and sauerkraut.
Get to take home kefir starter grains, a jar of goodness and some recipes to try yourself.
The number of attendees at the workshops is limited to ten. This small group allows us to deliver a personalised and hands-on learning environment.

Your payment confirms your enrollment in a specific workshop. If you are unable to attend a confirmed workshop, you are able to transfer to the next available workshop.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation before 7 days from the event date attracts full refund towards another program. Cancellation during the last 72 hours attracts 75% refund. No cancellation on the day of the event.
