Honestly, its taste that makes us eat another being, as otherwise compassion is our innate nature.

What if we can try to reproduce the taste with plant based food? Anyway, raw meat and egg has no taste in itself. It’s only when you cook them with spices and vegetables that you start enjoying them.

Let’s take you on this alternative culinary journey where you can enjoy your favourite dishes made with plants. Join our four presenters, who relished their non-veg and have recreated the same and are here to share their secrets in this special class.

Day 2 (12th July)

  • ‘Omelette’
  • Tamil Nadu ‘Fish’ Curry
  • ‘Mutton’ Biryani
  • ‘Chicken’ Nuggets
  • Sindhi ‘Mutton’ Curry
  • Chocolate Mousse

Date: Saturday, 11th July and Sunday 12th July 2020

Time: 11.00 am to 12.15 pm (9.30 am UAE, 1.30 pm Singapore, 3.30 pm Australia)

Contribution: Rs. 1000 for two sessions
