Laughter is the best medicine indeed, as it boosts the immune system, relaxes the whole body, makes you feel good, helps burn calories and makes you live longer!
We wish to start every first Sunday of the month with some giggles and joy as we undertake a fun laughter yoga session together!

Please ensure you join us on an empty stomach, so have an early & light breakfast or have a brunch after the session.
