Bring the flavours of Japan to your kitchen. Japanese whole food plant based food is fun to make and super healthy. Many of the Japanese staples are already vegan like mushrooms, tofu, sesame seeds and a variety of vegetables. At times, we all like to try different cuisines, so making these at home ensures that everything is fully vegetarian without the addition of hidden ingredients like oyster sauce and fish sauce etc.
