We told a Punjabi – ‘We are having a Mughlai class where we will show you how to make all the dishes without ghee, oil, milk, paneer and butter.’ His immediate reply was ‘Then it can’t be Mughlai!!’

Come and get surprised that how delicious the Mughlai cuisine can be without the unnecessary frills which not only help us add the kilos but are actually harmful for our health too!

All our recipes are free from dairy, oil, sugar and gluten.
