We are witnessing increasing incidence of lifestyle diseases due to unhealthy eating habits and life style. In this cooking class, we will teach you how to make oil free, sugar free, dairy free recipes and yet delicious meals. Principles of whole food plant based meals will be explained, demonstrated and participants will also get to taste.
Here you will learn how to weave the whole plant based diet in your routine. What to eat at all the meals, plus lots of tips and tricks.
