We all want to see our children thrive – physically, emotionally and mentally as they grow. This workshop has a holistic approach to a child’s well-being – focusing on all those aspects as well as how to teach our children lifelong skills so that they stay healthy.

Together we can raise an evolved and healthier next generation, who will be able to live a vibrant life – disease-free, stress-free and full of happiness.

Session 1 –

• Nutrition and physical health
• Age-wise nutrition needs of a child
• Mental and emotional health
• Recipe demonstration followed by Q & A.
• 20 child-friendly recipes will be shared. You would be encouraged to try them out during the program.

Session 2 –

• The need for exercise
• How to tackle screen addiction, packaged / junk foods etc.
• Techniques to be more eco-conscious and nature-loving
• Travel tips.
• Tips and techniques to have a healthy relationship between the child and parent
• Recipe demonstration followed by Q & A.

The participants will be added to a WhatsApp group which will remain active for 15 days for handholding at every point. During the week, parenting tips will be shared, doubts will be cleared, and small tasks/activities will be given in the WhatsApp group.

It’s always best to attend the sessions live, however in case you can’t attend for some reason, the recording will be provided to you for 24 hours upon special request.

Contribution: Rs. 1200 + 18% GST (This program is limited to 20 participants only)
