Learn more in this unique class which will include a talk on how nutrition plays an important role in puberty along with the causes of painful menstruation, shorter/longer period cycles, no menstruation (Amenorrhea), early menopause and heightened menopause symptoms.

We will also understand PCOD and how that can be reversed with simple changes in our meals and lifestyle.

Get ideas on how to make nutrient rich foods which will help the body cope well with the changes it goes through

A healthy cooking session will also be conducted by our nutritionist Madhura to demonstrate recipes that are nutritious and wholesome!
