Join our health coach and meditation teacher Sharmila Kannan for a 12 day meditation program and get into the habit, later you can continue on your own.
Trust us, meditation becomes an addiction, you fall in love with the silence within, you talk to your soul, you recharge your own battery. A time comes, when you cannot do without your daily dose of meditation.
As of now, we are all taking care of our mobile phones much more than our own minds/souls. Meditating is as easy as brushing your teeth or taking a bath!
This is a 12 day program, just to bring about a regularity wherein 15-20 minutes of meditation will be followed by concepts and Q&A. The program will be in English, but Hindi could be used for comfort.
Just do it!!
Attending a live session will give you maximum benefits. Recording for every session will be available for 2 days to all the participants.
However, we strongly recommend participating live. Group synergy and group meditation go a long way in forming a habit and giving you a feeling of belonging.
A whatsapp group support will be provided for the whole event duration and it will continue further for 10 days after the event closes, as you continue your onward journey.
Requirements:
- It is advisable to have dinner by 7.30 pm, and if that is not possible, then have something 1 1/2 hour before the program so you don’t feel hungry.

Contribution: Rs. 300/- + 18% GST

Cancellation 24 hours before the event attracts full refund. No refund for cancellation on the day of the event.
