Description

Most of us need meals that are quick to make, and easy to carry at least sometimes if not every day. In this special class learn how to make wraps that are a balanced meal of vegetables, lentils and spices in one easy roll. The soups work both as starters or meal replacers.

MENU

  • Spicy paneer (tofu) wrap with chutney
  • Mexican quinoa wrap with barbecue sauce
  • Punjabi tikki wrap with spicy chilly sauce
  • Moroccan chickpea wrap with hummus
  • Weight loss soup
  • Vegetable manchow soup
  • Creamy cauliflower soup
  • Spiced lentil soup

All the dishes are oil free, dairy free, preservative free and with gluten free options.

Time: 5pm -7:30pm followed by tasting of the food

Contribution: 250 Dhs per person

Early bird discounted rate: 200dhs per person till 28th January 2019
Online registration is compulsory. Spaces are only confirmed once the payment is received.
