You will be taught how to start your day, what to have for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner and how to make it all too! Once you understand the basics and adapt it in your kitchen and cook for your family, you will start witnessing a beautiful change in your and your family’s well-being. And the best part is that not only is the food healthy, it’s delicious too!

The workshop begins with a short talk entitled ‘Your Health is in Your Hands’ followed by the cooking demonstration. This ends with lunch.
