Learn what to eat, how to prepare what you eat, as we help you chart a meal plan for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner too.

Menu:

  • Green Smoothie
  • Salad
  • Desserts with natural sugars

Time: 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm

Contribution: Dhs. 250  per person.

Early Bird Discount: Dhs. 200  per person till Wednesday, 2nd  November 2016.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation before the early bird attracts full refund towards another program. Cancellation after early bird attracts 75% refund.
